I'm the same way, DIY, I am going to just keep working on the songs until perfect, this sight and it's many talents have already hit some key points and I have corrected some. I will master out of house though, for one, don't have the money for the real deal sound you get from a pro mastering board, and two, I am not a pro at monitoring mids and eliminating sonic boom and all that db stuff. I think your sound is great, keep doing what your doing, good luck Jostel... tibi does raise an eyebrow, do you feel your style has a strong market place/growing numbers or does something like that not even come in to play in your mind set? I quite like it. The Front 242 / Nitzer Ebb style seems to be a dead end street, I think, I wish you would go more into the direction of Depeche Mode, DAF and, yeahhhhhhhhh!!! Yoko Ono!
Then I went and listened to Stranger(both ways cool/electroclash mix hits the spot with very slick lyrics), which really should be on the top or near your player, not many have the time to scroll that far down, most come in for a taste and play one or all the top five songs, very nice, Jostel Likee.....
Different Stars sent me here for a listen, so here I am... Electronica is not my strong point or in any way do I feel like an expert in the area. But I have listened to a lot of music on this site, most of which is electronica, New Wave.... I have discovered I do have a taste for the up tempo, Miami style. You guys sound great, ran the top five, your sound is pro and from the pic, you must be a great time live. My vitamins days are over, but your music seems to generate enough soul not to need them, very talented, I really dig the vibe, I would like to say I would like to hear some female vocs a little more, maybe hitting higher notes to break it up, but what do I know,.... If you didn't change a thing it is still a slick ass sound, just a thought.... I say you are in the top area for all this genre of music I have listened too, Welcome to fuzz, peace and much Love Jostel Hason I think the 'Future' is my fav. I am a lyric guy, and I really like that you incorporate smart thoughts with your sound, that is a big plus, a little darker sounding electro Duran Duran feel..very slick....I wish you nothing but the best......
